Anime for me has been more than an art form. It’s a way of
life for me to some extent as it helps to express my inner imagination because
of the way the characters move and interact with the scenarios on the screen.
Some cases the characters
just seems fake or disinteresting when the first episode is watched and where some
others give up on watching I continue, in hopes the characters will show hope
and get better in the story line.
In some cases they just continue being
boring and the only saving part is the art style and graphics seems to be top
quality which makes me think the shows budget department used too much on fancy
backgrounds and not enough for character development. One show that come to
mind is Itsuka Tenma no Kuro Usagi.
The show seemed interesting from the start but the story line
was in need of some help and was fading fast with every episode.
A major part of the problem was the show seemed rushed where
they should have made it into a 24-26 episode series instead of packing it into
a 12 episode show. If they worked on better plot and character development and
cut back on all the flashy backgrounds and special effects. And had a much more
enjoyable experience where the viewer could feel connected with the major characters.
